Strategies

Here's a blitz that gets a good pass rush on the Next Gen systems, but should work for Current Gen as well. Effective at attacking passing formations, particularly Singleback or empty.

Not effective against the run.

46 Bear Plug Cover 1

1) Shift defensive line to the left. Have them crash right.

2) Manually position the blitzing SS 1-2 yards behind the defensive tackle.

3) Coverage audible to Bump-N-Run coverage (optional).
